How it Works
You are welcome to choose from any of the areas listed above, whether you'd like support with a broad topic or a specific skill, challenge, or project (for example, I want to learn how to teach/do backbends better). From there, we can create a one-time session or an ongoing experience tailored to the goal.
Individual sessions begin at 75 minutes | $90
Private 1:1
Personalized sessions focused entirely on your goals.

Ethics & Access
I do not guide from a hierarchical model, but rather from a place of shared inquiry and mutual respect.
My role is to support your clarity, confidence, and ability to think critically and independently within your own teaching. I recognize that people learn in different ways, and I can adapt these sessions to support your learning style, whether through discussion, observation, movement, repetition, or reflection.
If access is a concern, financial or otherwise, please reach out so we can explore options.
