The Complete Practice

Also known as Mahāsādhana, The Complete Practice is a 2.5-hour immersive masterclass that weaves together āsana, breath, meditation, and rest. It is designed to support both embodied practice and inner inquiry.

This offering is designed as a guest teaching experience that can be hosted within studio or retreat settings.

Designed for practitioners seeking greater depth within their yoga practice, The Complete Practice integrates intelligent vinyasa sequencing, breath awareness, concentration, strength, mobility, and stillness into one cohesive practice. This intermediate-to-advanced offering moves beyond yoga as solely physical exercise and invites students into a more intentional and embodied experience of practice.

Through traditional posture categories, including standing balances, backbends, forward folds, arm balances, and opportunities for inversions, students are guided to refine both technique and awareness while cultivating steadiness, discipline, and presence.

These expriences are thoughtfully structured to balance challenge with accessibility, emphasizing breath regulation, intelligent progression, and nervous system awareness rather than performance or peak pose. Rooted in traditional yoga principles and informed by years of dedicated personal practice and teaching experience, this offering encourages students to deepen their relationship to practice from the inside out.

Suitable for dedicated practitioners and teachers seeking a more complete and integrated approach to yoga.

The Journey Inward

My intention with The Complete Practice is to share the aspects of yoga that have been most transformative in my own life. This offering reflects my mornings in India, where the practice can take its time and where breath, body, and awareness are integrated as one.
